Client: The Arbors Apartments

The Arbors Apartments is a multi-family residential property located in Livermore, CA. We were hired to redesign all of the common area spaces throughout the property. The inspiration for this design is drawn from its site - Livermore, California. As a part of California wine country, Livermore grows and produces its own notable wines in natural surroundings that are similar to the Mediterranean. The goal of this design is to marry the easy, laid-back California aesthetic with the richness of the Mediterranean. Elements like white walls and black trimmed windows are reminiscent of classic Mediterranean architecture and work in harmony with a palette of earth and wine punctuated with geometric patterns and a spattering of blues.

In addition to designing all of the spaces, DWS Co also provided all of the FF&E services for this project including: sourcing, ordering, logistics, storage, delivery, installation, and final staging.
