Client: XpresSpa Group
This case study represents the strategy, brand positioning, identity development and creative content / collateral developed for the travel health & wellness brand, Treat. Treat launched during the pandemic as a luxury lifestyle brand for people returning to travel, and offered physical and digital experiences that enabled a wellness lifestyle on the go, including an app with telehealth, a bespoke and highly curated wellness content library, e-commerce and exclusive brand partnerships, and a beautiful retail space in airports offering healthcare, wellness services and retail, designed by DWS Co in 2021. The Treat branding was developed for XpresSpa Group by Kelsey while she was their SVP Marketing / Creative. Her work on this project includes brand strategy, naming, logo & identity, creative direction of all digital experiences, external agency oversight for media & advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, e-comm and retail merchandising and promotions, social content & photography, as well as direct collaboration with DWS Co on the retail design.
